The succesful candidate will be both confident, talented and technically gifted.

Previous court and CFA litigation experience is essential.

Must be IT literate and have worked with a case management system.

The ability to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines in a targeted environment is required, along with the highest standards of customer care.

Due to continued and unprecedented workflow levels,we currently have vacancies at our Prescot office to join our Negotiation Teams.

The succesful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of costs negotiation, along with a working knowledge of CFA litigation and current caselaw.

Must be IT literate and have worked with a case management system.

The ability to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines in a targeted environment is required, along with the highest standards of customer care.

On-going training will be provided.

Required to run the Litigation Department at the Head Office of the UK s largest and fastest growing costs company.

As well as excellent organisational skills the candidate will have at least two years managerial or supervisory experience in a costs or personal injury environment.

The ability to obtain the best results both financially and technically from their staff are a necessity, as well as developing the finest client care skills.
